Hey, brothers and sisters in Christ! I'm just a young guy who loves God and wants to help others know Him better. Every Sunday, from entries in my Bible journal, I will post a Bible verse, a biblical quote, or a Christian hymn. This is a place for Scripture, quiet reflection, and reminders that joy, peace, and purpose can still be found--especially when life feels heavy. Discussions in the comments are more than welcome. With fear spreading across the world faster than any virus, I thought it would be important to say a few words and perhaps shine a ray of hope to those who need it. A young marine, takes the fight to the enemy he long desired to fight. And soon learns that war is not as glorious or as easy as he thought it would be. He knows however, that what needed to be done was to do what hew as trained to do. He comes to grips with what he must do. While balancing his home life, and his love life. He learns how to lead, and learns his God. Can you justify killing another? Yes. Can you justify feeling nothing about it? That's questionable.

Perhaps, peace isn't something for which we need to pray.
